§ 9-25-22. Execution against defendant released from arrest by court.
Whenever the court in which an original writ is returnable shall release the defendant
            therein from arrest and discharge the bail, if any taken thereon, the execution in
            such actions shall not issue against the body of the defendant so released, but against
            his or her goods and chattels and real estate.
