Text

§ 9-25-2. Time of issue.
Executions shall issue at the request of the moving party, unless stayed by applicable
            procedural rules or unless otherwise ordered or provided by law; however, no execution
            shall issue before forty-eight (48) hours have elapsed after the entry of judgment.
