§ 9-25-17. Execution against female on small judgment.
No execution shall issue against the body of any female on any judgment founded on
            a contract where the debt or damages do not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00); but in
            such case, the execution shall issue against the goods and chattels and real estate
            of the female against whom the judgment shall have been rendered.
