§ 9-24-30. Return of cause to court from which certified.
The supreme court, after having decided any cause or any question certified to it
            by a district court or the superior court, shall send back the papers in the cause,
            with its decision certified thereon, to the court from which the question or cause
            was certified, where all further proceedings shall be had.
