§ 9-19-22. Severability.
If any provision of §§ 9-19-19 — 9-19-21 or the application thereof to any person or circumstance be held invalid, that invalidity
            shall not affect any other provision or application of those sections which can be
            given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions
            of those sections are declared to be severable.
