§ 9-18-3. Address and time of service of notice.
The notification issued by the magistrate, officer, or commissioner who shall take
            the deposition shall be directed to any proper officer, or to any impartial or disinterested
            person, and shall be served a reasonable time, not less than twenty-four (24) hours,
            exclusive of Sundays and legal holidays, before the time of taking the deposition.
