§ 9-15-7. Discharge or recommission of rule.
The court may, at any time in its discretion, on motion of either party, discharge
            a rule or recommit a rule and report to the same referees, or, with consent of the
            parties, to other referees; but a rule shall remain in full force until so discharged,
            and shall be continued without continuance fees, until report shall be made thereon.
