§ 9-1-46. Affirmative defense of trespasser's intent to commit a crime.
The owner or person legally entitled to possession of any land or building shall be
            entitled to plead as an affirmative defense that the injured person was trespassing
            with the intent to commit a felony, which upon proof thereof shall prohibit the trespasser
            from recovering for personal injuries sustained while upon the land or building, unless
            those injuries were inflicted by unreasonable force by the owner or person legally
            entitled to possession of the land or building.
