§ 8-2-28. Transfer of papers between counties.
The superior court may order the papers in any cause to be sent from one county to
            another; and in matters heard in any county other than that in which the cause was
            entered, the court shall certify the proceedings to the clerk of the court in the
            county in which the cause was entered, and shall send to the clerk all the papers
            therein to be kept on file in his or her office and there recorded.
