§ 8-2-11. Administrative clerk.
There shall be an administrative clerk in the superior court, who shall be appointed
            by the presiding justice in his or her capacity as administrative judge and who shall
            hold office at the pleasure of the administrative judge. The clerk shall perform such
            duties and attend to such matters as may be assigned to him or her by the administrative
            judge.
