§ 8-10-29. Report of divorce proceedings to director of health.
The clerk of the family court shall make returns to the director of health, on or
            before the first day of March in each and every year, for the year ending on the thirty-first
            day of December preceding, of all the applications for divorce, showing the number
            of applications, the number thereof continued, the number granted, and the causes
            for which they are granted, but without the names of the parties, in accordance with
            the blanks which shall be furnished him or her by the director of health.
