§ 6-62-5. Penalty. [Effective March 31, 2026.]
A violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be an unfair or deceptive act
            or practice as defined in § 6-13.1-1, the violator shall be subject to the civil penalties provided pursuant to the provisions
            of § 6-13.1-8.
