§ 6-26-10. Possession of usury records — Evidence of knowledge.
The possession by any person, other than a public official in the course of his or
            her duty, of any document, record, paper, instrument, or other writing that shall
            record or evidence a usurious debt in violation of § 6-26-2 shall be presumptive evidence of possession with knowledge of its contents in violation
            of § 6-26-9.
