§ 6-53-8. Rules and regulations.
The attorney general is authorized to promulgate, adopt, and enforce any and all rules
            and regulations deemed necessary to carry out the duties and responsibilities of this
            chapter. Rules and regulations shall be adopted in accordance with the Administrative
            Procedures Act, § 42-35-1 et seq.
