§ 6-53-10. Suspension, revocation, and nonrenewal of license.
The attorney general, upon his or her own motion or upon receipt of a signed, written
            complaint that alleges violations of this chapter or of the rules and regulations
            promulgated pursuant to this chapter, may, after a hearing, suspend, revoke, or refuse
            to renew any license issued pursuant to this chapter.
