§ 6-46-10. Remedies.
Nothing contained in this section shall bar the right of an agreement to provide for
            binding arbitration of disputes. Any arbitration shall be consistent with the provisions
            of this chapter and other appropriate state law. The place of any arbitration shall
            be in the city or county in which the dealer maintains the dealer's principal place
            of business in this state.
