§ 6-38-5. Penalties.
Any individual, firm, partnership, corporation, company, association, or joint stock
            association which violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty
            of not less than five hundred dollars ($500), nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000),
            for each and every offense. In addition to the penalties provided in this section,
            any violation of this chapter shall constitute a violation of the Deceptive Trades
            Practices Act (chapter 13.1 of title 6).
