§ 6-38-3. Contract requirements.
No insulation contractor shall install insulation in any existing residential, industrial,
            or commercial building without providing the owner or lessee, within a reasonable
            period of time prior to commencement of installation of insulation products, with
            a written contract. The contract, whether prepared by the contractor or on a form
            prepared by and available from the state of Rhode Island, shall clearly and conspicuously
            state, but not be limited to, the provisions of § 6-38-4.
