§ 6-31-6. Penalties.
Any person whose actions evince a pattern of noncompliance with any or all provisions
            of this chapter shall be punishable by imprisonment for a term not exceeding six (6)
            months or by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500), or by a fine only
            of not more than five hundred dollars ($500).
