§ 42-13.1-9. Limitations on use of revenue.
All revenue collected pursuant to this chapter and deposited to the Rhode Island bridge
            replacement, reconstruction, and maintenance fund shall be used to pay the costs associated
            with the operation and maintenance of the toll facility, and the replacement, reconstruction,
            maintenance, and operation of Rhode Island bridges on the National Highway System
            or any other use permitted under 23 U.S.C. § 129.
