§ 41-7-7. Distribution of funds — Applicability of chapters 3 and 4 of this title.
All money mentioned in this chapter derived from taxes on wagers and pari-mutuel pools
            shall be disbursed by the state treasurer pursuant to chapter 4 of this title. Except
            as is inconsistent with this chapter, the provisions of chapters 3 and 4 of this title
            shall apply to the sport of jai alai.
