§ 41-5.2-26. Penalty for unlicensed match.
Any person holding, conducting, or participating in any mixed martial arts match or
            exhibition held without a license, unless exempted as provided herein, shall be punished
            by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100) or by imprisonment for a term not
            exceeding three (3) months, or by both a fine and imprisonment.
