§ 41-5-5. Separate license for each match — Approval of city or town authorities.
The division of gaming and athletics licensing shall, subject to the provisions of
            this chapter, issue a separate license for each boxing or sparring match and exhibition;
            provided, however, that no license shall be issued by the division without the approval
            of the town council, police commissioner, board of police commissioners, or other
            licensing board of the city or town in which the boxing or sparring match or exhibition
            is to be held.
