§ 41-5-19. Witnesses and evidence before division.
The division of gaming and athletics licensing shall have power to administer oaths;
            summon and examine witnesses; and order the production and examination of books, accounts,
            papers, and records of any club or organization conducting a boxing or sparring match
            or exhibition.
