§ 41-5-17. Suspension or revocation of license.
Any license granted under this chapter may be revoked or suspended by the division
            of gaming and athletics licensing for a violation of any of the provisions of this
            chapter or of any other law of the state or of any rule or regulation adopted by the
            division or whenever the licensee has, in the judgment of the division, been guilty
            of any act or offense detrimental to the public interest.
