§ 41-4-12. Monthly statement of receipts — Payments to treasurer.
The division of gaming and athletics licensing shall, on or before the tenth day of
            each month, prepare and file with the general treasurer a full and complete statement
            of its receipts from all sources, and shall turn over to the general treasurer all
            moneys in its possession.
