§ 41-4-11. Entry of premises for inspection of operations.
The division of gaming and athletics licensing may authorize members of the division,
            or duly authorized deputies, to enter upon the premises at any racing event for the
            purpose of inspecting books and records; supervising and examining cashiers, ticket
            sellers, pool sellers, and other persons handling money at the event; and other supervision
            as may be necessary for the maintenance of order at the event.
