§ 40-9-7. Supplies and materials for people who are blind or visually impaired workers — Compensation
               for services.
The director is hereby authorized and empowered to carry on services for people who
            are blind or visually impaired by providing for the furnishing of supplies and materials
            for workers who are blind or visually impaired workers, and compensating people who
            are blind or visually impaired workers for services through funds made available to
            the department of human services.
