§ 40-9-4. Chairperson of advisory council — Secretarial service.
The members of the council shall elect one of their number as chairperson upon the
            appointment of any new member for a full term and whenever the office may become vacant.
            The members of the council shall serve without compensation and secretarial service
            for the council shall be provided by the director of the department.
