§ 40-9-2. General duties of administrator.

(a) The administrator of services for people who are blind or visually impaired shall devote all of his or her time to the duties of his or her office and keep at his or her office in the state house a register of individuals who are blind or visually impaired in the state, describing their condition, cause of blindness, and capacity for education and industrial training.

(b) The administrator shall, under the direction of the director, generally be charged with:
