§ 40-9-14. Application of receipts from business enterprises program.
All receipts collected by the state department of human services as a result of the
            operation of the program shall be deposited with the general treasurer and are hereby
            appropriated to carry out the purposes of §§ 40-9-11 — 40-9-13. Any unexpended balance of the receipts, remaining at the end of the fiscal year,
            shall be carried forward and made available for expenditure in the succeeding fiscal
            year.
