§ 40-9-13. Federal business enterprises funds.
The general treasurer shall receive and provide for the proper custody of all funds
            paid to the state from the federal treasury under the provisions of Public Law 80-165,
            29 U.S.C. § 701 et seq., and shall disburse the funds upon orders drawn by the state controller upon
            receipt by him or her of properly authenticated vouchers.
