§ 40-9-11.4. Compliance with chapter.
To ensure that persons who are blind or visually impaired licensed as vending facility
            operators are afforded the maximum opportunity by which to engage in the conduct of
            vending within state buildings, it is hereby intended that all agencies, departments,
            and institutions comply with the provisions of this chapter.
