§ 40-9-11.3. Provision for vending machines in buildings purchased or leased by state.

Whenever any department, agency, or instrumentality of the state shall undertake to acquire by ownership, rent, lease, or to otherwise occupy, in whole or in part, any building, the department, agency, or instrumentality shall make all reasonable attempts to ensure that the building includes a satisfactory site or sites for the location and operation of a vending facility by a person who is blind or visually impaired.
