§ 40-8.7-2. Medicaid buy-in program.
The executive office of health and human services is hereby authorized and directed
            to maintain a Medicaid buy-in program pursuant to the "Balanced Budget Act of 1997,â€�
            42 U.S.C. § 1396a(a)(10)(A)(ii)(XIII), and the federal Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act of 1999 (TWWIIA),
