§ 40-6.3-6. Appropriation.
There is hereby appropriated the sum of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000)
            to carry out the purpose of this chapter, and the state controller is hereby directed
            to draw his or her orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of the sum, or
            so much thereof as may be required, from time to time, upon receipt by him or her
            of vouchers duly authenticated.
