§ 40-5.3-3. Youth pregnancy and at-risk prevention services program — Establishment.
(a) There is hereby established an after-school and summer youth prevention and development program to be administered by the department of human services. The establishment of the program pursuant to this chapter shall be contingent upon the availability and receipt of federal funding for the purpose set forth in § 40-5.3-2. The department shall ensure that the goals of this chapter are met and that the state meets the federal requirements.
