§ 40-5.2-39. References to the family independence program.
Any references in the Rhode Island general laws to the family independence act, family
            independence program, or family independence program cash assistance or benefits shall
            be deemed to be applicable and shall be effective in accordance with the Rhode Island
            works program outlined in this chapter.
