§ 40-5.2-23. Post-employment incentive bonus.
The family/assistance unit may be eligible for an incentive bonus payment, if the
            participant is employed and is working at least thirty (30) hours per week or more
            for a single-parent family and thirty-five (35) hours per week for a two-parent family
            at the time of closure on cash assistance and remains employed and continues to work
            at least thirty (30) hours per week or thirty (35) hours per week or more, not to
            exceed a period of twelve (12) months in accordance with rules and regulations promulgated
            by the department.
