§ 40-5.2-16. Minimum payment.
No payment of assistance under § 40-5.2-11(e) shall be made for any month if the amount of such payment would be less than ten
            dollars ($10.00), but a family with respect to whom a payment of assistance is denied
            solely by reason of this section shall otherwise be deemed to be a recipient of assistance
            under this chapter.
