§ 40-15-2. Applicability of license, permit, and bond provisions.
Any requirement of this state for a license, permit, or the posting of a bond to entitle
            an agency to place children shall not apply to a public sending agency (within the
            meaning of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children) of or in another state
            party to the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children.
