§ 36-9-45. Narragansett Bay Water Quality Management District Commission — Uninterrupted state
               service.
Transferred employees, as defined in § 36-9-44, who return to employment with the state of Rhode Island directly from uninterrupted
            employment with the commission shall have their length of service at the commission
            deemed to be uninterrupted active state service for purposes of service credits in
            the retirement system, and for the benefits provided for in §§ 36-4-59, 36-5-7 and 36-5-8.

Transferred employees, as defined in § 36-9-44, who return to employment with the state of Rhode Island directly from uninterrupted employment with the commission shall have their length of service at the commission deemed to be uninterrupted active state service for purposes of service credits in the retirement system, and for the benefits provided for in §§ 36-4-59, 36-5-7 and 36-5-8.
