§ 36-9-40. Rhode Island airport corporation — Transferred employees — Bumping rights.
In the event of an adverse employer initiated action by the Rhode Island airport corporation,
            transferred employees shall be entitled to exercise their bumping rights within the
            corporation to bump within other bargaining units within Council 94. An adverse employer
            initiated action is defined as a layoff, job abolishment, privatization, or subcontract
            of functions within the airport system.
