§ 36-8-8.2. Special pension benefits.

(a) No law shall be enacted conferring special pension benefits upon any individual or group of individuals unless this section is specifically repealed.

(b) The retirement board shall take no administrative action conferring special benefits upon any individual or group of individuals.
