§ 36-7-26. Revolving fund — Payments to federal government.

(a) All payments made by any city, town, or agency of the state shall be credited by the general treasurer to a revolving fund which shall be established with the approval of the governor and the director of administration and a sum sufficient for the purpose is hereby appropriated out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.

(b) Any payments by the general treasurer to the secretary of the treasury as hereinabove authorized and as provided in § 36-7-3(2), shall be charged to that fund.
