§ 36-4-46. Reports of changes in status of employees.
Every appointment, transfer, promotion, dismissal, vacancy, change of salary rate,
            leave of absence, absence from duty, and other temporary or permanent change in status
            of employees in both the unclassified service and the classified service shall be
            reported to the personnel administrator at such time, in such form, and together with
            such supporting or pertinent information as the personnel rules shall prescribe.
