§ 36-4-40.1. Administrator of adjudication — Duties.
The administrator of adjudication or his or her designee shall hear all appeals from
            decisions of the personnel administrator as provided in this chapter and chapter 3
            of this title. The administrator of adjudication shall hear such other appeal requests
            as may be provided by law or as authorized by the director of the department of administration.
