§ 36-3-14. Facilities for division.

The division shall be provided by the director with the necessary funds and employees to enable the division to examine temporary employees within the time prescribed by law and with suitable offices, examination rooms, and accommodations for itself and staff in the city of Providence, and in localities throughout the state as may be required to suit the public convenience and carry on the work of the division.
