§ 36-14-19. Penalties.
Any person who knowingly and willfully violates the provisions of this chapter shall,
            in addition to the civil penalties provided herein, be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable
            by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) and/or imprisonment for no
            longer than one year.
