§ 36-14-10. Educational powers of the commission.
(a) The commission is hereby empowered to establish and implement an educational program
            for the purpose of educating public officials and employees and the general public
            about the ethical standards embodied in the Rhode Island code of ethics in government,
            which program may include the preparation and dissemination of brochures, other publications
            and the conduct of workshops and seminars.
         
(b) The educational program authorized by this section shall be established by the commission
            in the exercise of the rulemaking authority conferred by § 36-14-9(a)(3).

§ 36-14-10. Educational powers of the commission.

(b) The educational program authorized by this section shall be established by the commission in the exercise of the rulemaking authority conferred by § 36-14-9(a)(3).

(c) The commission may, by rule or regulation, delegate to its executive director (or other designated employee) such authority as it may deem necessary for the implementation of the educational program authorized by this section.
